This is one of the best items we found for our little boy’s hair! These caps maintain moisture and have prevented hair loss. We can’t get enough of these satin lined caps and ordered more after just a few weeks.
The product itself appears to be really nice. However, I received a different size than what I ordered. This was an inconvenience since you all only do store credits for refunds. I did request an exchange but have not received an update on that as of yet. The items were received back to your P.O. Box on 2/16/2024.

Our records show that you selected and ordered a size M/L, if you did not receive this size we will be happy to replace the item without you having to worry about a return if there was an error on our part. However, we do see that you initiated a return for a different reason. Per policy, returns can take 10-15 days to process upon receipt of your items.
