Well knit and of good quality, i mostly love the satin liner.
It’s beautiful and soft! My little one hasn’t been born yet but I can tell by just touching it and testing the adjustable straps it’s going to be perfect.

Love this beanie so much for our babe! His hair is still growing in and he has some eczema as well, but the satin lining is amazing and keeps him comfortable without any breakage. Will absolutely be purchasing in more colors!
This is one of the best items we found for our little boy’s hair! These caps maintain moisture and have prevented hair loss. We can’t get enough of these satin lined caps and ordered more after just a few weeks.
Quality, price, and concept are phenomenal, however; the adjustable wrap, and the headband are difficult to secure my babies heads. The wrap is to small very stay on. The band is too big and not secure for my option.
The product itself appears to be really nice. However, I received a different size than what I ordered. This was an inconvenience since you all only do store credits for refunds. I did request an exchange but have not received an update on that as of yet. The items were received back to your P.O. Box on 2/16/2024.

Bought several beanies for my grand son, he has a beautiful head of hair
First of all let me start by saying I truly love the product!
My concern is the difficulty getting in touch with someone for a return/exchange. Nothing comes in the package with instructions on returning items.
I went to the website and followed directions for the [****] but no response. I could not find a phone number for customer service.
Again, I was merely trying to exchange and I’m sure my 15 day window for exchange has expired.
I truly hope this is not a deliberate action to discourage returns.
