At Aarin & Co. we value each and every customer and take pride in the quality of our products and know you will absolutely love your purchase. If you would like to initiate a return for any reason pleas follow instructions below:

Returns

Customers can receive store credit for items that meet the following criteria:

  1. Customer must initiate a return within 15 days of receiving their order. To start a return please visit our Return Page. Your request will be approved within 2 days.
  2. Items must be unworn and in original packaging, all items are subject to inspection prior to processing a return for store credit 
  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping and must ship items to us after approval of return request:

One your return request and your package has been received we will go ahead and process your your return for store credit or an equal exchange based on which option you select.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. 

If for any reason you have an issue with your order or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer care team for a resolution at hello@aarinandco.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
