Shipping policy

Order Processing/Shipping Services

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping may take up to 1-7 business days for domestic orders and 6-10 days for international orders depending on the shipping service you select. We offer both standard and expedited shipping services but cannot guarantee delivery times which is controlled by the carrier directly.  

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can follow your package through its entire journey to you.

We currently ship to the following countries: US, UK, AU, and CA.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned or delivered to the wrong address, Aarin & Co. will not be responsible. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for any redeliveries of packages that are returned to Aarin & Co. due to incorrect or incomplete address.  

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our business, we are not responsible for any courier related issues such as delays, lost packages, stolen packages, etc. Shipping is handled by the carrier directly which is why we provide a tracking number with each order. 

It's up to the customer to contact the shipping carrier to investigate any lost/stolen packages. Aarin & Co. will provide the customer with any order or tracking related information required for investigation. IF you are unable to get a resolution, please reach out to us at hello@aarinandco.com for assistance with your package. 

Holiday Shipping

Please know that both small and major holidays may lead to carrier shipping delays. Shipping times provided upon checkout are an estimate and delays may occur due holidays/major sales such as Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc. Aarin & Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays nor do we guarantee delivery times, please plan in advance when placing an order during a major sale/holiday.
